A deposit payment of 20% is required on booking. The remaining balance is then due 14 days before arrival. Any bookings made within 14 days of arrival requires payment in full at time of booking. Any deposit paid forms part of the total bill for the booking. The final bill is the total fee less any deposit paid.
The deposit is non-refundable any time after booking. If a payment was made in full at the time of booking a refund minus the deposit will be given for cancellations at least 14 days before arrival. You are welcome to arrive anytime between 2pm and 9pm. Please contact us prior to arrival for arrival outside of these hours.
Departure is by 11am on your final day.
Due to access restrictions the maximum length of vehicle we can accept on site is 8 metres.
We cannot guarantee a particular pitch or area of the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Children must be supervised at all times and children under 8’s must always be accompanied by an adult in the washrooms. Water games are not allowed anywhere on the park. We are sorry, but we do not allow children under 18 years to camp without their parents being present.
All dogs must always be kept on a short lead on the site. Please ensure that your dog does not cause annoyance to other park users and is never left unattended on the site. Any fouling must be cleared using the bins provided. Sorry, but we do not accept breeds which are listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
BBQs and Fires are permitted so long as they are off the ground. Bricks can be provided please ask.
Farm buildings and Machinery are strictly out of bounds to our guests.
Please note that the maximum supply to each pitch is 10amps. This is appropriate for such items as phone chargers, electric lights, travel fridges, camping kettles and camping heaters, etc. Items such as domestic kettles, cookers awning heaters may trip the supply, and we therefore ask you not to use them. We do not allow the use of splitters on our site. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of food due to the tripping of power.
The charging of electric cars is prohibited due to fire regulations.
When using the washroom please leave the basins, toilets, showers and washing up areas clean and tidy and as you would wish to find them.
Maximum speed limit is strictly 10MPH.
We strongly recommend bringing a torch.
Rubbish – Please take large items of rubbish home with you. E.g., Tents, Awning, deckchairs, BBQs.
Day visitors are welcome, but they must report to the farmhouse on arrival. Please be aware there may not be space to park your visitors by your pitch. They many need to park elsewhere -please check.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
The site owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage or accident to any persons or private property, however caused, whilst staying on the site or using the facilities or amenities.
