Great Kellow Farm is a tranquil and cosy campsite on our family-run farm overlooking the magnificent Polperro Bay. Here you can relax and enjoy the Cornish coastal countryside, escaping the everyday with an ever-changing sea view.

Dan and Sadie welcome you to Great Kellow Farm, a working beef and sheep farm set above the beautiful historic village of Polperro in Cornwall. As well as running the campsite, we raise our own livestock here on the farm. Our 100% grass-fed lambs, free-range pigs and pedigree Beef Shorthorn cattle are traditionally reared and slow grown on our fields overlooking the sea. A range of our own farm-produced meats – including burgers, steaks, sausages, bacon, mince and roasting joints – are available ready to cook in our on-site shop, so you can enjoy a real taste of the farm during your stay or take some home with you.

We are a quiet, friendly campsite where families and dogs are always welcome.

The campsite has amazing sea views and easy access to both country and coastal walks. It’s an ideal base for exploring Cornish history, with National Trust properties and gardens nearby, and perfect for relaxed family holidays.

The site is only a 10-minute walk from the village of Polperro and a short drive from the picturesque fishing villages of Looe, Fowey and Polruan.

Set away from busy main roads and towns, Great Kellow Farm is the perfect place to switch off and enjoy a peaceful escape.

Now open for the 2026 season

Just had a 2 night stay. Great views to the sea from the field we were in. Close to the showers, never had to queue, clean and plenty of hot water. 15/20 min walks into Polperro, got a taxi back £6. Very quiet site even with children there, very peaceful site. Great farm shop where we bought eggs and steaks/burgers to take home. Ice cream was very nice too. Hosts were really friendly and easy to get hold of considering that are running a working farm too. We live 40 mins away and will be back.

We have a beautiful static caravan for sale on our site.

The static will be sited in a position which boasts a beautiful sea view.

The Delta Avalon is brand new and available for use between 1st April – 1st January each year.

The Delta Avalon 28′ x 10′ is a spacious and beautifully designed static.

It has a wonderful home from home feel, with a stunningly fitted kitchen and dining area. The living room has a cozy feel, with a sofa (with pull out bed) positioned opposite the electric fire to give you that peaceful and relaxing ambience.

On colder nights you have the added comfort of central heating and double glazing to keep you warm.

There is a double and twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

This static will come with decking, for you to enjoy BBQ’s and chilled time in the countryside.

The available pitch has an electric hook-up and full use of the campsite facilities. It is for holiday use only, no subletting or permanent residency.
